When is delivery? Do I need to be home?
At checkout, select your desired delivery week — from the first day of Fall through mid-October. Your exact date will be sent to you the week before delivery. Note, delivery dates can change due to weather. These changes will be communicated as soon as possible to keep you informed.
No, you don’t need to be home! We just need access to your porch. If you have a gate or other entry information, please provide it at checkout.
When is removal and disposal?
If you add removal and disposal at checkout, you can select from a week right after Halloween or before/after Thanksgiving.
What if I want a custom order? Or a package for my business or event?
Absolutely! We can design and delivery pumpkins for your unique home, business, special event and more. Do you have an idea for your long walkway; let’s discuss it! Hosting your annual Halloween party; great! Want more pumpkins than our standard packages or an all-white display; okay! Email us if you would like to create a custom package together.
Will you replace pumpkins?
We want you to love your display all season! So please reach out if you are having any issues with your pumpkins. We will clean and inspect all of our pumpkins before delivery — any punctures can cause rotting or invite unwanted guests. Our pumpkins are directly from the farm and untreated, but we do have a few tricks we can share if deer or squirrels are a problem.
